Willseal 250
Willseal 250 is a pre-compressed, self-expanding foam joint seal with a factory-applied, traffic-grade silicone face, made for horizontal joints that carry vehicle or pedestrian traffic. It gives a watertight, UV-stable primary seal, even where solvents and fuels are present, such as parking garages, roads, bridge joints and airport runways. It allows for 50% movement in either direction, resists UV and most chemicals found in vehicular structures, and anchors without invasive fastening or unbonded laminations. Black foam, stable from -40 to 185°F.

Willseal pre-compressed foam expansion joint sealants seal building joints watertight while absorbing the movement that would destroy a field-applied sealant. Supplied in factory-sized sticks that install quickly in almost any weather, they suit facade, parapet and other building joints on schedule-driven projects. Willseal is part of the Tremco family of brands.
