Who we are

Cascade Aqua-Tech is a building envelope product supplier with six branches in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. This policy covers this website. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us. The only form on this site is the Request a Quote form. It asks for:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number
• Your nearest branch and whether you want pickup or delivery
• Project details, the products and quantities you want quoted, the date you need them, and any notes you add

If you email or call a branch directly, we receive whatever you choose to tell us in that message or call.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send you a quote, check stock, arrange pickup or delivery, and follow up on your request. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use quote requests to add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who sees it

Quote requests are sent by email to our team at market@cascadeaqua.com and handled by the branch that serves you. We do not store quote requests in a database on this website. We may share your details with a manufacturer or carrier only when needed to fulfil your order, for example to arrange a delivery or confirm a product specification.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies and does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you use the “Add to quote” button, your selected products are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they carry over to the quote form. That list stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Links to other sites

This site links to manufacturer websites, Google Maps (for directions) and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep quote-related emails for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and accounting needs, then delete them. Access is limited to the staff who need it to respond to you, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If we ever send you marketing messages, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email market@cascadeaqua.com and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding website analytics, we will update this page and its date.
