KIM (Krystol Internal Membrane)
KIM is the admixture that turns the concrete itself into the waterproofing: dosed at the batch plant, its crystalline chemistry grows into capillaries and micro-cracks, blocking water for the life of the structure. It eliminates external membranes on foundations, tanks and elevator pits, and it self-seals hairline cracks that form later. Invented and manufactured in Vancouver by Kryton.
