CGT 1000
CGT 1000 is Cascade’s core glazing tape: a closed-cell polyethylene tape with acrylic adhesive on both sides, made for window manufacturing and glazing. It keeps good UV resistance and stays flexible in cold weather, and unlike butyl it needs no shim and does not squeeze out. Stocked in white and black on a poly liner in 1/32", 1/16" and 1/8" standard thicknesses, and slit to custom widths.

Cascade Glazing Tape (CGT) is our own line of glazing and spacer tapes, slit in-house to the exact widths and thicknesses the glazing trade needs. From the CGT 1000 polyethylene glazing tape to the CGT 6100 structural spacer, CGT 1500 PVC foam and 1210G cap tape, it is the product Cascade Aqua-Tech was built on.
