Mike has spent all but three years of his life in Burnaby, where he now lives with his wife and “the cats.” He took three semesters at SFU, where, as he modestly notes, he “passed pub night with flying colours.” When you need the goods on Glazing products, Mike’s your man. He has 37 years of wide-ranging experience in the glazing industry and knows how to treat his customers. On his own time, Mike enjoys golf, reading, and trail walking, to name a few of his pursuits. He was obsessed with the beautiful game for four decades, but has kicked the habit and is now retired from soccer. He is focused exclusively on serving his customers for Cascade.
Born to be wild and raised in Coquitlam, Ed lives to head out on the highway, riding his Harley. He’s a full-fledged member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG). His passion for bikes is shared by his brothers-in-law, so he’s an exceptionally easy rider, always in good company.
Ed took General Studies and Physics at Simon Fraser University, and then turned his attention to construction (building, framing, roof and wall), earning his Diploma at BCIT. Upon this solid foundation, Ed has built a broad range of experience in Fenestration, Glazing products, Caulking and Sealants, as well as Deck Coatings.
Ed joined Cascade in 2002 and has 25 years in the industry, so he’s your man when you need expertise in Glazing and Waterproofing.

Victoria Branch Sales Team
Born and raised in Victoria, B.C., Curt started in the warehouse at Cascade. He soon moved to inside Sales, and then into Outside Sales. Obviously a quick learner, he experienced every job that Cascade Victoria had to offer. Call him versatile, with a first-hand understanding of how things work, including the supply chain.
Curt has a good understanding of all types of waterproofing (especially deck coatings), and a solid knowledge of the glazing industry. He studies product and system specifications, and works with engineers. His technical knowledge is good and he is known for offering multiple solutions for a given situation. He is involved in the BC Building Envelope Council and is a member of the Vancouver Island Construction Association.
On his own time, Curt enjoys watching a variety of sports, including rugby, football and hockey, but better yet, he still plays rugby, football, floor hockey, soccer, basketball and volleyball.
Curt says, “I plan on being in this industry for a long time and I’m looking to develop lasting relationships with my customers.”
